SEQUOIA FUND processes only the data required to fulfil top-up orders.

Data collected: recipient phone number, confirmation email address, amount and transaction reference.

Card data never passes through our servers: it is handled directly by our PCI-DSS certified payment providers.

Retention: 10 years for accounting records, 3 years for contact data.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection, exercisable via the contact page.
